Two Universal Laws that Shape Our Lives

Are you experiencing repeated challenges in relationships? Despite your best efforts, things stay the same or even get more frustrating. There’s more happening beneath the surface than we realize.
As human beings, we live with universal laws that shape our experiences, whether we’re aware of them or not. These laws influence how we think, how we feel and how we respond to everything in our lives.
Here are two of those laws:
1. Where our attention goes, so goes our energy (that part will grow).
2. Where is our intention, according to that the energy manifests.
The laws in action…
Example One: Imagine we’ve had knee pain for over a week. No matter what we do, nothing seems to help. Every time we think about our knee we feel irritated because it’s only getting worse.
According to the two laws, our focus on the pain combined with the intention that it’s worsening feeds the very energy we don’t want.
To shift this, we can choose to send healing energy to our knee each time it comes to mind. Even if our first thought is, “this hurts,” we can redirect our thinking to, “my knee is healing and growing stronger.”
When our attention rests on healing and our intention is aligned with wellness, we create space for the universe to support that healing.
Example Two: Now think of money and relationships. Maybe we find ourselves arguing with our spouse about their spending habits. Every time money comes up, we repeat the same story: “They’re always spending too much.” We focus on it, speak it, and fuel it with frustration.
The universal law says that wherever our attention goes, that’s what expands. By directing so much energy toward the problem, we keep reinforcing it.
But if we shift our intention, everything begins to change.
Becoming aware helps us to redirect our attention, along with our new intention creating room for a different outcome to manifest.
Why these laws matter?
When we keep focusing on what’s wrong, it chips away at our confidence and self-esteem. We begin to believe we’re stuck with the same problems forever. The moment we pause and ask ourselves two simple questions, everything begins to change.
Working with these laws won’t magically erase every challenge overnight but it will change the way we experience them. Our shift in awareness is what allows real transformation to take place.
The more conscious we are of where our attention and intention are directed, the more empowered we become in shaping our lives.
Wherever you are on your journey, may you find what works for you…find your own truth…and you will always be guided to feel at peace inside.
