Sometimes we get so caught up in figuring out why something happened that we miss what’s being shown to us in the present moment. We don’t always need to know the why…we can become aware of what’s surfacing, work with what’s here, and allow the learning to unfold.

The word “should” can reveal more about our own expectations than we realize, especially when we think we know what's best for someone else. When we become aware of what's happening inside us, we can learn to offer support without measuring someone else's journey against our own expectations.

We often see problems as something to fix…but what if they’re also opportunities to become curious? When our thoughts, emotions and physical body sensations bring awareness giving us greater clarity, our perception can shift…and what once felt like a problem may reveal itself as a gift.
