Hi, I am Sheila Unique... Working with people to heal from the inside out, whether in relationships or within themselves has been my work, my passion and a joy in my life.
I help people improve their relationships…especially the relationship with themselves. I help them not only understand what they’re feeling…but also move them through the emotional upset leaving them to have more self-awareness, clarity, focus and forward action.
The work I do also supports the healing process for our physical body, along with our thoughts and emotions involved. It removes energetic blocks allowing healing to take place in all of our bodies simultaneously. This takes care of the physical and non-physical influences.
It lights my heart to help people like you resolve everyday life problems in relationships. I provide inspiration helping you see your problems from a whole new empowering perspective.
My Personal Journey
Healing Myself
For over 23 years now, I’ve worked professionally as a Master Energetic Intuitive, not only helping others heal in their relationships…I needed to heal myself.
Born an identical twin, I grew up where everything in my life had to be the same for my twin sister and I. We had the same hair cuts, wore the same clothes…even had to have the same number of gifts on our birthdays and special occasions.
We were always introduced as the twins…even at our mom and dad’s 50th wedding anniversary, we were still introduced as the twins. My whole life revolved around our twinship. I honestly had no idea of what it was like to be an individual.
After marrying my second husband, it was in our first year together that I realized I had no idea what Sheila wanted in her life…or what Sheila and her husband wanted in their lives together. I was so focused outwardly, putting my attention on the life outside of me.
That’s when I realized I needed to step back and find my unique self (it’s no coincidence I married a man with the last name of Unique). My journey took me in the direction of moving from being Identical to Unique!
I went from talking on the phone with my twin 2-4 times a day…to not talking with her for a whole year.
My healing journey began!

Healing in Relationships
Healing has become so complicated! Because of our busy lives, it isn’t always easy to know what healing even feels like in our physical body…let alone our relationships.
For me, I tried with all my might to change and fix everyone around me. If they changed I’d feel better. When that didn’t happen, I knew I had to look inwardly for the change.

That truly was the beginning of unfolding an approach that guided me to heal from the inside out.
I learned how our troublesome thoughts cause us to feel troublesome emotions…and how both of those reflect troublesome sensations in our physical body. Those are the invisible influences inside each one of us impacting every relationship in our lives.
If you think that’s easy to heal through…let me share it’s been the hardest thing I could do. And yet the most rewarding. Healing happens when there’s some kind of personal growth on our part.
How have I changed? I went from focusing outwardly…trying to change and fix everyone around me, to now focusing inwardly giving me all the power to change what I experience, both inside and outside of me.
When we heal and resolve unrest inside, outside we see our problem-solving.

Experience and Credentials
For over 23 years, I’ve worked with people helping them heal and resolve everyday life problems in relationships of all kinds. Regardless of how those problems show up, I work with all aspects of who they are…including their physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and energetic bodies. People move from a place of struggle and conflict to a place of feeling more at peace inside. They gain clarity, focus, and forward action.
In 2003, I attended my first course working with the energetic body. The modality was the Yuen Method and I achieved certification and mastery in my training. The Yuen Method is the study of anatomy, physiology, and the energetic vibrations associated with the body, mind, and spirit. Learning these elements helped me gain clarity and accuracy in my work.
Yes, I’m a Master Energetic Intuitive. What I do isn’t something that can be taught in a traditional classroom. It’s a gift I was born with and one I’ve chosen to share with the world. I’m committed to using my intuitive abilities to help people heal, especially in their relationships with themselves and others.
For 3 years, I traveled to the Oneness University in India. It was there that I deepened my understanding of self-awareness and the importance of relationships, including the relationship of self in connection to everyone and everything around us.
Much of what I know has come from personal experience. The School of Hard Knocks! Life has been my greatest and most challenging teacher. My path has included struggles, heartache, and difficult lessons that helped me grow and transform. If it weren’t for some kind of spiritual courage inside me, I truly don’t know where I’d be today.
Along the way, I’ve worked with powerful teachers, mentors, coaches, Masters, Gurus, and Guides. Every relationship I’ve been part of has helped me learn, grow, heal and evolve into the person I am today.

My work blends anatomy, physiology, kinesthetics, structural analysis, chiropractic, and quantum physics. This unique combination helps support healthy and sometimes immediate change in people across six levels of being: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, psychological, and psychic.
Now I’ve taken my gifts to the stage. Speaking and training allows me to impact more people and bring greater emotional intelligence and self-awareness into the world. I believe what goes on inside of us affects everything and everyone around us.
My passion is speaking, teaching, and writing. I’m committed to taking what I’ve learned and lived through on my own journey and sharing it with others in meaningful ways.

I don't know what Sheila actually has within her that allows her to work with energy, nor can I pretend to understand how she does it, but I respect and appreciate it nonetheless.
