We often look outward when something or someone makes us uncomfortable, believing that if they changed, we'd feel better. But awareness invites us to look inward, become curious about what's happening within us and discover that perhaps the change we're seeking begins somewhere different than we thought.
Our emotional shifts are deeply connected to what's going on inside. By becoming aware of our inner unrest and how it drives our reactions, we begin to experience more meaningful change for both ourselves and others.
